What does Burrowbox back up?
Photos, videos, documents and any folders you choose on your computers and phones. Earlier versions of every file are kept for 30 days up to a year, depending on your plan.
Can anyone at Burrowbox see my files?
No. Files are encrypted on your device before they're uploaded, and the key never leaves your devices. We can help with your account and billing, but we can't open what you store.
Can I share a plan with my family?
Yes. The Family plan gives up to six people their own private space in 2 TB of shared storage. Nobody sees anyone else's files unless they share an album.
What happens if I cancel?
Your files stay available to download for 30 days after your plan ends. You can also export everything from the app at any time.
